Services village building requests with permits for code requirements for building projects. These code requirements have been developed by the State of Wisconsin to provide for the health and safety of occupants. Permits, inspections and final inspections are all part of meeting code requirements according to the Wisconsin Uniform Dwelling Codes.

Michael Denor is the village assessor who estimates the value of real property within the village’s boundaries. This value is converted into an assessment, which is one component in the computation of real property tax bills. He is available for contact Monday - Friday 8AM - 4PM.
