GENERAL VOTER INFORMATION

You may submit either request by mail with the forms listed above. You are required to provide proof of residence. To see acceptable forms of ID, please see the link here

When registering to vote, if your address on your Photo ID is where you currently reside, you will not need another proof of residency. If your address is not current, you will need to have at least one more proof of residency. See acceptable forms on the back side of the Voter Registration Application. 

If you are a registered voter and you would like an absentee ballot mailed to you, be sure to include a Photo ID in with your application request. Your application must be received by the clerk no later than 5:00 p.m. on the Thursday before the election in order for an absentee ballot to be SENT to you.

If you are a registered voter and you would like to Early Vote (in-person absentee ballot), this will begin 14 days prior to the Election Day. This will run through 5:00 p.m. the Friday before the election.  You must have an appointment to vote.  Please call the Village Hall at (920) 822-5182 to schedule an appointment to come in to early vote.
