The VILLAGE OF PULASKI, WISCONSIN (the “Village”) is a Wisconsin municipal corporation organized and existing under and pursuant to the laws of the State of Wisconsin.  The Village is governed by an elected Village Board consisting of six Trustees and the Village President.
